Very similar to the 1200C the Low has just a little more give for the veritcally challenged rider.
It comes with the same chrome and black motor and 4.5 gallon gas tank.
But the differences in this bike are the cast wheels, the pullback handlebars, and mid mount foot controls.
The height on this bike is about the same, but the different seat gets you just .20 in. lower than the custom.
